  • Are the BCC meetings televised?

    Yes. The meetings can be viewed on Comcast Channel 260.  Meetings can also be viewed on our Clay County TV and Video Archive page and on our Facebook page.

  • Can I read the commissioner's emails?

    To read the County Commissioner's email, visit visit the Clay County Public Email webpage.. You will be taken to the email folders for the County Commissioners.  Click on the links to view the emails.

  • How can I address my concerns at the Board meeting?

    The Board accepts public comment on any issue on its agenda. You must fill out a speaker card available on the table as you enter the Board Meeting room and give it to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office deputy on duty there. The Chairman of the Board will call on you when the Board is ready to receive public comments. A time certain may also be scheduled with the approval of the Chairman.

  • What are the hours of operation for the Administrative Building?

    The Administration Building located at 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida hours of operation are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

  • Where and when does the Board of County Commissioners meet?

    Unless otherwise noticed, the Board of County Commissioners meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Board’s meeting room on the fourth floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida.
