The Clay County Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department has partnered with OpenGov and is transitioning from a solely paper-based bid solicitation process to a fully automated web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system. Below are the bids and proposals currently being solicited and the corresponding closing dates for each. The e-Procurement Portal will provide prospective vendors and suppliers the ability to:
  • Receive notifications of future solicitations by registering on the e-Procurement Portal and selecting the “Subscribe” button to create an account.
  • Follow existing opportunities and receive updates by finding the solicitation and clicking the “Follow” button. This will allow all interested bidders to receive amendments and addenda automatically.
  • Submit questions and receive answers online regarding open bid solicitations.
  • Use a guided process of responding electronically to bids to ensure your bids have been accurately completed.
  • Receive timely support for bid questions.
  • Have one location for all bid solicitations issued by the Clay County Board of County Commissioners.

To get started, click here to sign up. You’ll receive an email to activate your account. For more information about how to register, please see our help file here.

THERE IS NO COST FOR VENDORS TO REGISTER WITH OpenGov.

All solicitations due on or after October 1, 2022, must be submitted electronically through our procurement portal.
